Price List: Snake Encounters

For any time up til the first hour and a half - £150 - £50 for each consecutive hour.

To bring a snake weighing over 5kilos - £50 extra

Scouts, guides, cubs, brownies, beaver meetings etc are half price.

Schools - £200 per morning - £150 per afternoon - £325 all day - £600 for two days within one week.

Regulations for schools are that we can present 4 classes in the morning and 3 in the afternoon, classes are usually more than 20 children so extra adult help is necessary, what we do is hands on, so going around to each child in turn takes a lot of time.

Outside events that run all day and need me to bring many extra snakes and assistants - from £400

For the first hour and a half up to 8 snakes will be available for handling, snakes get tired so more time means bringing more snakes so that they can be swapped.

LOCAL Belly/Snake dance performances - £200 - plus meet the snake/s.

Parents evenings at schools are very popular now - £180

Unless an extra assistant is booked, costs to be arranged - extra snake friendly adult/s are always helpful when children are being entertained.

Travel, parking and congestion charges are all extra.

At some events we can cut the price by charging for "snake handling" £2 is often the best charge even though not much else can be bought for £2 - how stingy are the public when they'd buy a sweet that costs nearly £2 and moan about holding a snake for £3!! Sorry but it just takes the biscuit :-D
