Sue is offering free sessions for teachers at local schools to overcome their fears of snakes - overcoming irrational fears is so empowering, hopefully then we will be able to offer education presentations to the children.

Sue is a well known Snake Dancer based in Harwich, Essex with lifelong experience as a Belly Dancer

News Flash

Snakey Sue has moved to Harwich, North Essex, UK & her new telephone number is 01255 722 326.

This move is very exciting as the new premises has room to develop the sanctuary into an educational centre, Which she'd been trying to get started in Waltham Forest for many years, without success.

£30,000 spent on the new sanctuary so far and although Sue would have liked to have replaced all the old vivs, this won't be possible as finances are waning; all of the vivs and snakes are now in the coach-house :-)

We have taken in 12 snakes since our move!!

Corporate functions, themed events, private bookings, cabaret, night clubs, photos shoots, TV programs, community events, childrens parties, educational visits to schools, fetes, snake parties

She is a member of Equity which qualifies her for public liability, she has a licence to take her snakes out into the public, she has a risk assessment, is a member of the Federation of Small Business and CRB checked.

Sue is looking for support and sponsorship for her Snake Sanctuary, or Reptile Refuge.

All of the rescue snakes are kept at Sue's home, many people like to come to visit and young people love to help care for them. We need to relocate to make it possible for people to visit, young people learn caring and social skills by working with Sue and her reptiles - more youngsters could come for work experience and the animals can continue to create their own income.
